2009 brings tax exempt status for our retailers. We must have the proper paperwork on file. You can email us and we will fax or email you the form to complete and return or you can get form RS47:301(10) from the state and submit.
Shopping online at Lougifts is convenient and safe. We safegaurd the integrity of our customers's credit information using state of the art technology and we never share information with anyone.
As always, we strive to ship your order for stock merchandise within 48 hours. During Mardi Gras, when receiving freight and shipping truckloads, shipping orders may be delayed as we always ship those pre-booked orders first.
Using your customer number and zip code, you may login to our website and order online. If you prefer, you can print your order and fax it to us as well.
If you work with one of our sales people, they will still get credit for your online orders and they can assist you as always.

First time buyers--please go to contact us and we will email you an account number so you can shop our web site.
TERMS
All first time orders are shipped Mastercard/Visa.
We do not process credit cards over the Internet. We use a dedicated phone line only.
To establish a Net 30 account, credit references must be furnished with account numbers and company fax numbers. Please be aware that not all accounts willingly give credit information in a timely manner. Processing may require 3 to 4 weeks.
Terms are strictly adhered to and credit will be terminated for those not adhering to terms.
Any NSF check is subject to a $25.00 fee.
MINIMUM
There is no dollar volume minimum, but orders less than $100.00 will have a $5.00 surcharge added to the order.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to keep sufficient quantities of inventory. There will be times when merchandise is temporarily out of stock. Some items will be marked sold out for a season until inventory arrives the following year such as Mardi Gras and Christmas items. If you do not wish us to backorder, please indicate this on your order. Backorders under $35.00 are not shipped. In this case, we will notify you when the item arrives in our warehouse and you can decide at that time if you wish to add to the order.
RETURNS/CLAIMS
All orders are insured at $1.50 minimum order. $0.40 per $100.00 after $200.00 is charged.
We cannot accept returns without prior authorizations. Any claims or damages must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date. Any claims with Fed Ex, please save original carton, and notify us or call the 800 number for Fed Ex on the packing list. UPS will need the number off the Fed Ex bar code next to your address. Fed Ex may pick up the merchandise for inspection, assign a claim number and notify us. A credit or replacement can then be issued.
TAXES
All merchandise sold in Louisiana is subject to 4% state tax unless your state tax ID number ends in a W. Sales tax is currently not charged on orders sold outside of Louisiana.
FREIGHT
Freight charges are actual charges FOB Prairieville, LA. Most orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground. The freight amount calculated here is an estimate and actual freight will be billed. When combining several items, freight is usually lower as weights listed here are as if shipping single items.
We reserve the right to change prices of products when necessary.
