Wholesale Account Setup
Soft Star Shoes will grant wholesale status for all established retail outlets meeting the terms and conditions below. A retail outlet is defined as a "brick and mortar" store with normal business hours (35+ hr/wk) with public access which sells primarily apparel products or alternatively is a deparment store / natural foods store.  (Internet stores can order wholesale only when ordering a minimum of 25 pairs and meeting order requirements below - otherwise Internet stores will be set up as Dropship accounts only.)  We can assist you in choosing an assortment of popular styles and colors.

Wholesale account must provide:business name, address and phone numbers, your business tax id and one of the following 2 items:

1. Two pictures: One of the inside and one of the outside of your store with signage
2. A copy of a business check AND copies of a recent utility bill from two utility providers in your business name and address (e.g. electric and phone bill).

Account Details:
Minimum orders of $125  in a single shipment for brick and mortar stores.  Please note:  Wholesale pricing is available only on our regularly priced shoes.  Wholesale pricing does not apply to sale items, or non-shoe items available on the website. 

Wholesale orders must have a minimum of 3 identical pair per color and style.

First order pre-paid by credit card / money order.  Net 30 days with approved credit on subsequent domestic orders.  For orders or total outstanding payments exceeding $500, a 50% deposit will be required prior to processing order regardless of account standing.  

Pricing:
For all Soft Star Shoes resold via Internet Retail Stores, partners must sell at or above the retail prices on www.softstarshoes.com.   We reserve the right to stop providing product to any partners not following pricing guidelines.

Returns / Exchanges:  
Unworn shoes may be exchanged within 45 days of receipt if a material defect or error in workmanship is present.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on bulk orders for reasons related to sizes, colors or styles.

Shipping Information:
Soft Star will ship internationally via US Mail or DHL.  Shipping & Handling in US and Canada for bulk orders is a minimum of $12.50, and will be calculated prior to billing for international orders.  Recipients are responsible for paying any import taxes, as well.

Marketing Material:
Please feel free to use the photos on our website. Upon request, Soft Star Shoes will provide you with a disk of digital high-resolution photos of products for design of your print sales material.
