Once you figure out what direction you want to go in, you can start planning on how you can stand out. Your goals and strengths should be integrated into your marketing plan. Make sure your marketing plan will highlight your strong points. It should be based on that so you will be able to stand out from your competitors. If you have strengths, make sure and use those to your advantage against your competitors. Why not show off what you’re good at? It’s the best way to get customers into your store.
In order to set yourself apart from the rest, you must always focus on yourself and your store. What are you great at? What do you pride yourself on? That should be your focus, something that your competitors don’t have implemented in their store. Your strong points maybe their weaknesses. Always remember to focus on yourself.
