When you sell to your customers, you want their experience with your service and product to well exceed their expectations. It's important that they're blown away and will want to visit your store again. However, if you notice a few customers absent or you just want to touch base and show that you care, follow-up with them. This is a wonderful way on getting them back into your store. This week's marketing tip will focus on how to follow-up with your customers. How & When - When do you want to get in touch with these customers? A few weeks out or a month out; it's completely up to you and what you think is best in this situation. Also, how do you want to contact them? Is this by phone, email or through mail?
