My First Workout was founded in 2018 when owner Michelle Miller saw the need for kid's fitness products that inspired them to learn and improve upon fitness skills from a young age. She loved working out with her son, and seeing the impact that her workouts created on her and her son's relationship, she made it her mission to help parents connect even deeper with their children while teaching them life-long healthy habits. Armed with over 10 years of fitness expertise, she used her passion to reach more families with kids from ages 3 to17.

My First Workout offers 2 kits for ages 5-7 and 8-10, each including a mat, aerobic step, jump rope, weights, and sand ball. My First Workout is an exercise program created by the founder and CEO, Michelle Miller, who has been working in the fitness industry for over twenty years. It is a progressive strength and conditioning program focused on children between five and ten years old. The program focuses on key components for all major systems of the body, such as muscle strength and tone, balance, core strength, flexibility, coordination, and stamina, emphasizing the child's enhancement performance and helping in preventing future injuries.
The original program is available in a kit and prepares you for the next 11 programs in the series. Each kit includes workout equipment such as a non-slip exercise mat, aerobic step, sand ball, free weights, and a jump rope. You can also buy a selection of exercise equipment separately online.
