Trend Lab, LLC, is a privately held Minnesota based company certified as a women
owned business by the WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council).  
Formed in 2001 with the fundamental belief that new parents desired sophisticated,
trend-right nursery décor to flow with their home décor, our product offerings have
expanded dramatically over time.

Trend-right product execution is our business.  We pursue market gaps applying our
market research along with lifestyle, fashion, economic and global trend knowledge.  We
design, develop, source, market and distribute trend-influenced consumer products.  

We sell primarily through retailers including chain stores, specialty stores, and on-line.  
Products are developed using internal ideas, and partnering on co-development,
licensing, and collaborative ventures.  Some products are developed exclusively for our
clients to help them compete with new product offerings that are trend-right and niche
focused.  

We license characters, brands and inventions including partnering with Dr. Seuss
Enterprises for infant and toddler products, and with a mom inventor for the CribWrap rail
cover.  

Trend Lab’s product segmentation includes -  
BABY & TODDLER - crib bedding, toddler bedding, room accessories, bath and layette
GIFT – gift items, gift sets, seasonal and holiday products, aprons
HOME DECOR – decorative storage, wood décor, frames, kids chairs, hampers
BAGS – messenger bags, tote bags, small travel bags
PET – beds, apparel, neckwear
We also offer products sold business to business that are not re-sold at retail such as
business supplies and promotional items.

DESIGN –
Using trend knowledge and business principals, our in-house design team creates
market-leading products that are sold under our own brand names, our clients’ private
label brand names, and licensed brand names.  
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT –
We prepare products for success in their targeted channels including making them “floor
ready”, forecasting detailed financial productivity, and enhancing product presentation
with marketing and merchandising support.    
PRODUCT SOURCING -
We have developed a global network of factories responsive to our needs regarding
design, packaging, value, quality and delivery.  Most factory relationships have been in
place for years, but we expand capabilities constantly.  
SALES AND MARKETING –
Superior service is provided by our dedicated internal sales and marketing team in
support of our clients’ needs.  You can meet with us at many national, regional and
specific client partner trade shows.    
DISTRIBUTION –
We utilize EDI and a fully integrated order processing system for our global distribution.
